Province-Specific Comments on the Data

In the sections that follow, we discuss issues with the data that are specific to each province. In all provinces, what is reported in public accounts is sometimes revised and reported anew in the public accounts of the following or, more rarely, in subsequent years. These are usually small changes, and we have tried to ensure we have captured them.
